Journal - What do you know about Stop-Motion Animation? Have you ever heard of it before? If you haven't, what do you think it is? Explain.
Stop-motion animation is a way to film. I've heard of it before. The filmmaker basically makes a video out of many, many pictures. Each picture is taken individually, with the filmmaker deciding what goes where and who does what in each picture. They can also use hand-drawn pictures. At the very end, all the pictures are put together, making a film. I'm pretty sure that's how filmmakers first started out making films, especially cartoons.
